Warranty eligibility: Warranty can only be claimed if the product is installed by a licensed auto electrician. Proof of licensed installation must be provided with any warranty claim.

Every CCI headlight and taillight comes with a full 12-month manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase. If something goes wrong due to a defect in materials or workmanship — we refund it, no questions asked. A refund is our standard warranty remedy; your Australian Consumer Law rights still apply on top (see below).

Warranty begins on the date your order is delivered. 12 full months of coverage on every CCI product — headlights, taillights, and bundles.

Proof of Purchase

Keep your order confirmation email. That's your proof of purchase. We can look up your order with your name or email if you can't find it.

Important — None of Our Products Are ADR Approved

All CCI headlights and taillights are RGB aftermarket products and are not ADR (Australian Design Rules) approved for on-road use. Every product we sell — including Patrol, Landcruiser, and 5×7 RGB headlights — is sold for off-road, show, and competition use only.

It is your responsibility to check local road regulations before fitting any aftermarket lighting to a vehicle used on public roads. If you have questions about a specific application, contact us before purchasing.

Your Rights Under the Australian Consumer Law

This warranty sits on top of the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and does not replace it. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL.

Major failure — if a product is unsafe, is significantly different from its description, or cannot easily be fixed within a reasonable time, you choose a refund or a replacement.
Minor failure — one that can be fixed — we may repair, replace, or refund within a reasonable time.

A refund is our standard warranty remedy, but where your ACL entitlement differs — such as your right to choose a replacement for a major failure — the ACL applies.

Yes. Most of our headlights use existing wiring plugs and bolt directly into factory positions. Every kit includes a wiring harness and fitting guide. If you run into trouble, email us — we're happy to walk you through it.

No. All CCI products are RGB aftermarket lighting and are not ADR approved for on-road use. Every headlight and taillight we sell is intended for off-road, show, and competition use only. Do not fit them to any vehicle used on public roads. Always check your local road regulations before purchasing aftermarket lighting.

All CCI products are custom-built to order. Lead times are typically 4–8 weeks from the date of purchase. You'll receive a tracking number once your order has been completed and dispatched. If you need an update on your order status, email us at copycatsindustries1@gmail.com.

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll issue a refund. Damaged-in-transit products are always covered.

We accept returns on unused, uninstalled products in original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Custom-built or made-to-order products may not be returnable — contact us before returning to confirm. Email us at copycatsindustries1@gmail.com to start a return.

Email copycatsindustries1@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the fault, and a photo or short video showing the issue. We'll assess the claim and issue a refund within your 12-month warranty period — our standard warranty remedy. This doesn't limit your Australian Consumer Law rights, including a replacement for a major failure.
